Calling all adventurous lovebirds! What better time to share this engagement session in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park than the day of love? Mitch and Emily’s session gave me LIFE and made me realize that I needed to add more of these connection-capturing sessions in my 2024 calendar. I’ve known Emily for over a decade and have worked with her for family, senior, Project Beauty, and now engagement photos. She and Mitch are the perfect match, and I’m so excited to celebrate their love later this year. Emily asked if I could get a few photos for them to announce their engagement on social media. We did an impromptu session at the end of the day right before the sun went down. I threw down a sheepskin rug in the front lawn and posed them and captured one of my favorite photos ever during blue hour. No doubt the neighbors were peeping out their windows and wondering what was going on. #worthit
We planned a longer session a couple weeks later in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and it did not disappoint. This national park boasts lush locations that lend to fantastic adventures while capturing your love. Natural beauty abounds and is the perfect backdrop for adventurers at heart. Prior to your session, we will discuss the specific location(s) as well as wardrobe selection and additional items you may need to bring along to get to your desired destination.
Several areas of the CVNP provide a variety of backdrops within a short walking or driving distance, so we can achieve different looks with locations as well as wardrobe changes. If nature isn’t your thing, and the city has your heart, we’ve got plenty of fabulous options for that vibe too.
